I need your help! Who and where do I go to to report an internet scam?

I ordered something off of the internet from what appeared to be a reputable company. After 5 weeks, I still haven’t recieved the product and all communication has ceased.
Are there agencies I can report this to, or do I go to the Attorney General of the state they are listed in? Help please!

    Controle met de Procureur General' s bureau in de staat. Controle met de Betere Commerciële Dienst (www.bbb.com) of met ripoffreport.com

    Ik tweede Rip Off Report – ze hebben opgeslagen me veel pijn en bekrachtigd bedrijven dat was ik niet zeker over.
